Project Manager
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA. Summary: We are seeking an Operations Project Lead to manage facility operations, vendors, and project execution within the Graphics Experience Center. This role ensures the site runs efficiently, safely, and delivers a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, lighting, humidification, compressors, and overall site conditions
- Manage vendors and lead regular operations reviews to ensure performance, budget, and timelines are met
- Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and overall site organization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, hazmat handling, and emergency preparedness
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, security, and customer experience
- Lead installation and deinstallation of equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance activities
- Manage intermittent projects such as equipment upgrades, electrical studies, and third-party maintenance
- Experience in operations, facilities, or project management
- Strong vendor, budget, and timeline management skills
- Knowledge of facility systems and safety compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
