About the Opportunity
Globe Life AO is actively seeking motivated, career-oriented individuals to join our expanding remote team as Entry-Level Remote Opportunity . This fully remote role includes comprehensive training and support, making it an excellent entry point for individuals looking to launch a new career, transition industries, or build foundational skills in customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
Assist clients virtually with enrolling in and understanding their benefits packages
Deliver exceptional, personalized support to policyholders
Conduct virtual consultations and presentations
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and communicate them with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-ups effectively
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we provide support and cover licensing fees)
