Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English)

We are currently hiring a reliable and bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, with a focus on weekend availability . This is a great opportunity to work with a mission-driven healthcare practice that has been serving the community for over 20 years.

As a full-time Medical Assistant, you’ll support both clinical and administrative functions to help our practice run efficiently while providing compassionate, quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record patient information including vitals, weight, and medical history updates.
• Prepare and clean examination rooms between patients.
• Assist in basic patient exams and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and support vaccine administration.
• Support front desk tasks such as answering phones, checking in patients, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Help maintain inventory of medical supplies and alert management when reordering is needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or similar certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required.
• Prior experience (1+ year preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of professionalism and reliability.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-Time.
• Schedule: Includes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience).
