Real Estate Office Receptionist
Location: Norcross, GA (In-Person)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional Real Estate Office Receptionist to be the face and first point of contact for our Norcross office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly .
The receptionist plays a key role in daily office operations by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting agents and staff, and ensuring the office remains welcoming, organized, and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route calls appropriately
Take accurate messages and follow up when needed
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Keep the office organized, clean, and presentable at all times
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Assist with basic administrative tasks and support the team
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Comfortable answering phones and managing multiple tasks
Basic computer skills (email, calendars, office software)
Real estate office experience is a plus, but not required
