Building Maintenace
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team in LaGrange, GA (30240). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all employees and visitors. If you have a knack for fixing things and a passion for maintaining a well-kept environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct repairs on doors, windows, and other structural elements as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
- Assist with facility improvements and renovations as directed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
