CDL Truck Driver - OTR Drop and Hook - Fixed Pay
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a full-time OTR position with consistent freight, steady miles, and multiple trailer options. This position offers reliable weekly income, modern equipment, and the flexibility to choose between dry van, reefer, or flatbed divisions based on your experience. Drivers can expect straightforward operations, predictable routes, and a focus on keeping you moving.
Pay (Average Weekly Take-Home)
- Dry Van: $1,800 (flat rate or CPM)
- Reefer: $2,400
- Flatbed / Stepdeck / RGN: $2,700
Job Details
- OTR position – 2 to 3 weeks out
- Drop and hook freight available
- Dedicated, consistent lanes
- No New York City
- No West Coast routes
Equipment
- Late-model trucks: Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth
- Clean, well-maintained fleet
- All trailer types available: dry van, reefer, flatbed, stepdeck, RGN
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of experience
- Must meet DOT requirements
