Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze hardware and software assets to identify upgrade and installation opportunities that improve business productivity.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend technology investments aligned with business goals and strategies.
• Serve as the primary intake lead for new business requests by gathering, analyzing, and documenting high-level business requirements.
• Manage and prioritize incoming work requests based on business value, dependencies, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with technical leads and solution architects to translate business needs into high-level solution designs and delivery approaches.
• Develop effort estimates and support project planning for new initiatives.
• Own and maintain the product/program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technical capacity, and strategic objectives.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Manage the customer-facing intake ("front door") process by providing regular updates on request status, priorities, timelines, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements for successful project delivery.
• Prepare executive-level reports, roadmap updates, intake assessments, and governance presentations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and support decision-making throughout the request lifecycle.
