Client Experience Coordinator - Remote | WFH
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making sure they have everything they need for a smooth start.
Provide administrative support to Account Managers and department leaders, including scheduling, project tracking, and client updates.
Assist with reporting and documentation, keeping client files organized and up to date.
Address client inquiries and concerns proactively, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, keeping everything on track between clients and internal teams.
Monitor client feedback and engagement, providing insights to improve processes and enhance the overall experience.
Track and report on client satisfaction metrics, helping refine our approach to better serve clients.
Stay up to date on industry trends to bring fresh insights and added value to client interactions. What We're Looking For Experience in client relations, account management, or customer service—ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client needs and offer solutions.
Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp) to track client projects and communication.
A background in marketing, branding, or digital strategy is a plus, but not required.
