Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Pay: $17 hourly (weekly pay offered)

Location: Augusta GA, (ONSITE)

We are seeking a Customer Care & Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to retain customers and recommend products or services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve customer concerns and present retention solutions and save offers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Process account updates, service requests, and customer transactions accurately.
• Explain products, pricing, promotions, and service options clearly.
• Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and sales performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience or demonstrated sales aptitude preferred.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable meeting retention and sales-related goals.
• Technical troubleshooting skills a plus.
• Flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience.
• Retention, save desk, subscription, or account management experience.
• Inside sales, upselling, cross-selling, or consultative sales experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
