We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motum Medical! You will be responsible for helping customers by assisting with the order fulfillment of medical supplies for patients to use at home. Previous experience within the healthcare space is a huge plus; more specifically, those with Durable Medical Equipment would be ideal. If you have experience in other sectors of healthcare or speak fluent Spanish, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Experience utilizing and learning new database programs
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
