Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate as directed by nursing staff.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist with patient mobility, including transferring, turning, and repositioning residents to ensure comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
- Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed, while carefully monitoring and documenting food and fluid intake.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, including changing bed linens and tidying rooms.
