JOBSUMMARY:

TheProductManagerforPatientandMemberExperienceleadstheWebMDproductstrategyandexecutionforpatientandmemberfacingsolutionsforWebMD educationsolutions. Theirprimaryresponsibilityistoensurewearefocusingonpatientandmemberportalstoinfluenceengagementtoultimatelyachievebetteroutcomes.Theyalsoworkinconcertwithclinicalandpayerteamstocollaborateinfindingnewcapabilitiestosupportthe WebMD Ignitemission.ThiscandidatemusthaveastrongbackgroundinHealthcare,personalization,productmanagementpractices.Theyareresponsibleforallphasesoftheproductlifecycle,including marketneedsanalysis,requirementsdefinition,planning,development,go-to-marketsupport,ongoingoptimization,maintenance,migrationandsunset.

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Definesstrategyandroadmapforrespectivesolutions
• Collaborateswithcross-functionalteamstoensureoursolutionsaredesignedandmaintainedtosupportclientportalintegrations.
• Overseesthedevelopment,deployment,andoptimizationofWebMDsolutionswithpartnersandclientpatientandmemberportalcapabilities
• Workcloselywithpartners,administrativestaff,andITteamstoalignproductfunctionalitywithorganizationalneeds.
• Planandmanage WebMDIgnitepatientandmembersolutionsandupdates,includingtestingandtrainingusers.
• Workswiththe Technical IntegrationProductteamformarketneedstoensureourintegrationfoundationalignswith market needs.
• Identifiesanddevelopsrequirementstodrivedesign,developmentandtestingofnewapplicationsthatwillsupportWebMDpatientandmemberexperiencewithpartnerintegrations.
• Analyzesmarketneeds,coordinatesdevelopmentandtesting,managesdemonstrationandearlyadopterprojects,ensuresmarketfit,workscloselywithproductmarketing,assistssalesand clientserviceswithgo-to-marketmaterials.
• Managesandcontinuouslyimprovesexistingpatientandmemberexperiencesolutionsandintegrationcapabilities.
• Managesdocumentationforfunctional/technicalspecifications,usescases,anduseracceptanceplans.Managesroadmapandprioritizesbacklogofrelatedenhancements.
• Proactivelymanagesupdatesforpatientandmemberexperiencesolutionsandensureschangesarecommunicatedinadvanceandimplementedwithoutservicedisruptionornegativeclientimpacts.Thisincludeschangestothepartnerplatform,changesto WebMDcontent,appsandservices,andchangestothird-partycomponents.
• Managesend-of-lifeandmigrationactivitiesforclinicalexperiencecapabilities.
• Developsand executes planforseamlesssunsetandmigrationtonextgenerationsolutions.
• ThisrolerequiresextensiveinternalcollaborationwithSolutionConsultants,ProductManagers, Engineering,DevOps,ProjectManagers,MarketingandProductMarketingManagers.
• Therolerequiresextensiveexternalcollaborationwithclients,partnerproductmanagersanddevelopers,andtechnicalimplementationteamsofearlyadopterclients.
• Requiresbetween10%and30%travel.
• Performsotherdutiesandspecialprojectsasassignedorneeded.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinbusiness,healthcareengineering,orrelatedfield;orequivalentworkexperience.
• 5+yearsofsystemsintegration,productdevelopmentand/orproductmanagementexperience.
• Experienceusingproductmanagementmethodologiesandframeworks,successfullymanagingproductroadmapsandprioritizingbacklogs.
• Experiencedocumentingmarketrequirements,functional/technicalspecifications,usecases,andtest plans.
• Theidealcandidate isfamiliarwith mostorallofthe followingtechnologies andcandiscussthemfluidlywithdevelopers,engineersandotherproductmanagers:
• Deepunderstandingofconfigurations,workflows,andcustomizationsforourrespectivesolutionswitheachproviderandpayers markets.
• Familiaritywithpatientandmemberbehavior
• Experienceinmanaginglarge-scalehealthcareITprojects.
• Strongunderstandingofproviderandpayerintegrationstandards
• ProficientwithworkflowandcollaborationapplicationssuchasTeams,JIRA,Confluence,YouTrack,andSalesforce.
• Mustbeastrongwriterandpresenter,able toinfluenceinternalandexternal stakeholders andexecutives.
• Excellentpeopleandmanagementskillstointeractwithcross-functionalteams,internalleadership,externalclientandpartnerstakeholders.
• AIexperienceisdesired,butnotrequired.
• Alloffers arecontingentuponsuccessfulcompletionofabackgroundcheck.
