Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Fort Worth, TX . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and software.
• Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques
• Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs). Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets, aka network connect (activation of data drops).
• Assist in the relocation of customer employees to the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in the new location). Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Set up and configure PC's

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.35/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week Monday-Thursday

Length: Contract (12m+ with opportunity of extension).

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience consisting of hardware repair .
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience consisting of operating systems such as Windows

Preferred Skills:

• Not afraid to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Clean driving record as an MVR might be ran.
• Possible lifting may be needed up to 50 lbs.
