About the Job:

AltaToro is a modern Latin restaurant in Midtown Atlanta, located at 915 West Peachtree Street. From the team behind 5Church and Virtue Rooftop, the restaurant offers a fusion of traditional Latin flavors and modern techniques, featuring savory empanadas, grilled meats, fresh seafood, and a full bar with signature cocktails and an extensive wine list. Since opening in 2023, AltaToro has become a must-visit destination for food lovers and Latin cuisine enthusiasts alike.

AltaToro is seeking talented Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating unique and delicious cocktails for our guests. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the success of each shift, from initial customer greeting to post-shift follow-up. If you have previous experience as a Bartender, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you.

As our menu is predominantly in Spanish, we require all staff members to possess a base knowledge of the language. While fluency is not mandatory, applicants must be able to communicate in Spanish effectively. We believe that being able to speak the language will enhance our customers' dining experience and help create a more authentic atmosphere. Therefore, we highly value language proficiency in our hiring process and welcome applicants who share our passion for Modern Latin cuisine and culture.

Job Details:

• We ask that you be experienced in high-end, high-volume dining. In addition, we are also looking for hardworking individuals that want to learn about our culture here at 5Church and help create the ultimate dining experience for all our guests.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of serving experience in restaurants and/or food service establishments comparable to our own.
• Immediate consideration for all qualified candidates.

Pay: $500.00 - $1500.00 per week.
