Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Perioperative RN for a 13-week outpatient surgery center assignment in the Atlanta area, requiring a GA or compact RN license and no local candidates within 50 miles.

Details

• Outpatient surgical setting in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta
• Perioperative nursing role supporting outpatient surgical procedures
• 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active GA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
• Perioperative nursing experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Permanent address must match what is on file with both the Driver's License and RN license

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break prior to applying
• EMR experience should be documented within work history
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• References are not required for initial consideration but will be needed during the compliance process
