Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 4 days onsite)
Duration: 812 weeks
Pay: $3035/hour

Seeking local Atlanta candidates with high-volume recruiting experience. Strong preference for supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse, retail, and/or CDL recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.

• Build diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.

• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate recommendations.

• Maintain ATS records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.

• ATS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting within supply chain, distribution, logistics, transportation, warehouse, or retail operations.

• Experience recruiting CDL drivers.

• Workday recruiting experience.

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other HR certifications.

• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and sourcing strategies.

• Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
