Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and modifications, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Collaborate with various agency departments to align customer needs with available products and services.
- Valid Property and Casualty License.
- Valid Life and Health License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
