Job Title: Traveling SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead a significant federal project valued at $50 million. The role requires extensive knowledge of USACE or NAVFAC projects and involves primarily interior work with some ground-up experience. This project is situated on a military base and is expected to last between 3 to 4 years. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage all aspects of the federal construction project. + Ensure compliance with USACE or NAVFAC standards and regulations. + Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. + Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. + Ensure safety regulations are adhered to, utilizing OSHA 30 guidelines. Essential Skills + 7-10+ years of experience as a Federal Superintendent, specifically with projects over $50 million. + 3+ years of USACE or NAVFAC experience as a Superintendent. + Proficiency in OSHA 30 compliance and safety management. + Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and managing federal contracting projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + CQM certification is a plus but not mandatory. + Experience with CQC and federal government construction projects. Work Environment The position requires on-site presence five days a week, with some weeks consisting of four 10-hour days. The role involves working on a military base, and candidates willing to relocate may receive a per diem. The position offers a dynamic and challenging environment, focused on delivering quality federal construction projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
