Summary

Trevelino/Keller is seeking a Graphic & Web Designer with 5–8+ years of professional experience and a strong portfolio. This role focuses on visual design and web execution, supporting a range of client projects across industries.

The ideal candidate is comfortable designing across digital and print, building and maintaining WordPress sites, and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Experience with WordPress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)

• Strong visual design skills, including a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color

• Experience designing digital and print marketing materials across multiple channels

• Experience working within established brand systems and shared design components

• Working knowledge of user-experience fundamentals and visual hierarchy

• Understanding of basic SEO best practices

• Experience building and maintaining websites in WordPress

• Familiarity with WordPress builders such as Divi, Elementor, or WPBakery

• Knowledge of ADA compliance and web accessibility best practices

• Understanding of responsive design standards and image optimization for web performance

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

• Experience using Figma for layout, collaboration, and component-based design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual assets across web, digital, and print

• Build and maintain WordPress websites with attention to responsive design

• Collaborate with client teams and internal partners to deliver on-brand creative

• Present work and incorporate feedback effectively

• Manage timelines and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects
