About the Company
Stable and growing industrial products company seeking a Bookkeeper to support accounting operations following the retirement of a long-tenured employee. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership and long-term stability.
Position Overview
The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ~100 AP invoices per week accurately and timely
- Handle cash applications, posting, and account reconciliations
- Support AR functions and assist with customer credit management
- Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (hourly and salary)
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Partner with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
- Utilize NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with AP, AR, and payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
