Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain before start date
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but open to new graduates
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech or language delays and disorders
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions (individual and group)
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support classroom success
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team efforts for student support
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
