Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Albany, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests.

Compensation:

Up to $70,000 per year

Located in: Albany, GA

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications such as menu software management.

• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and managing budget statements.

• Robust catering background, with a track record of executing high-quality catered events.

• Strong people management skills with the ability to train, teach, coach, and mentor team members.

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field an asset.
