Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and business roles. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, attract top candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from requisition through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs and develop ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews, presenting qualified candidates with detailed recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Accurately maintain candidate records and recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build diverse talent pipelines and identify new sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.
• Guide hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process while providing consultative recruiting support.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Stay informed on current recruiting trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience .
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting .
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, professional, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent market trends.
