Group Reservations Coordinator - Hilton Atlanta and Towers

Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking to welcome a Group Reservation Coordinator to join the team!

Our hotel featuring 1249 rooms and over 130,000 sq feet of event space, is located downtown near I-75, connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. Our 3+ team members report to the Reservations Manager.

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience in front office and/or reservations within hospitality, 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

What will I be doing?

As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you would be responsible for collaborating with the sales, revenue and front office departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements
• Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office
• Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers
• Coordinates and implements department activities and projects

• Provides clerical support and assistance to management - special projects as needed
