• This client is a growing mid-sized litigation firm that is looking to expand its General Liability Defense team and they are seeking a talented A ssociate Attorney to join their practice. The position begins in-office and transitions to hybrid after an initial period so you must be commutable to downtown Atlanta, GA . This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a great opportunity for growth within the organization.

Who We’re Looking For  

• Are you a motivated litigator looking for hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth? In this role, you'll take an active lead in defending employers and insurers in general liability claims including product liability, construction accidents, transportation claims, premises liability, and personal/bodily injury liability. You’ll be handling a dynamic caseload with real responsibility for depositions, motion practice, discovery, and court appearances. What To Expect as a General Litigation Defense Attorney

• Manage a caseload of general liability defense claims from inception to resolution
• Represent employers and insurers in hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Oversee discovery and draft legal documents, including motions and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess risk
• Gain hands-on litigation experience with direct client interaction and courtroom exposure

Qualifications For Success

• J.D. from ABA-approved law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general liability or litigation
• Proven ability to manage complex cases
• Strong ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
• Outstanding analytical skills

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
