Family practice looking for a detail orientated , hardworking and team orientated individual . We are looking to add team members who are willing to take on accountability, be open to change and discovering opportunities that will enrich our patients’ experience while encouraging our practice’s mission statement.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting approximately 50 patients per day in the check-in and check-out process
• Triage approximately 50 patients per day
• Answering 75 or more phone calls a day
• Checking and evaluating 100+ faxes, voicemails, and emails
• Collecting balances/payments
• Chronic Care Management for approximately 120 patients
• Submit prior authorization requests
• Vaccine management with inventory of 200 + vaccines
• Assist providers with 5+ procedures a day
• Administer vaccines and therapeutic injections

Requirements:

• Bilingual
• Prior front desk or MA experience
• EMR familiarity (eClinicalWorks)
• Excellent customer service.

A successful candidate should be comfortable preforming all required duties . Individual should be able to provide AT LEAST one recommendation letter from a previous employer.

Typical Schedule:

•Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am to 5:00pm)
•Saturday (9am to 3pm)
