Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior. This role focuses on applying cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring EPM solutions to clients, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and integration with analytical and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes.
• Contributing to project delivery and tracking status.
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed.
• Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in providing consulting experience.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik).
• Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to brainstorm and use data for complex analysis.
• Background areas including management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, implementation consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred).
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges: $112,300 to $185,400 (US); $134,700 to $210,700 in NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
• Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to be in person 40-60% of the time over a year.
• Flexible vacation policy and designated EY holidays; other leaves as needed for well-being.
