ON-CALL Concierge (overnights 11pm to 7am) (Alpharetta)
The Mansions at Alpharetta is looking for a new Front Desk team member!
Front Desk personnel are generally the first point of contact for customers & prospective residents.
They also have extensive daily interaction with customers. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain an accurate knowledge of operational policy & safety procedures. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
JOB TYPE / REQUIREMENTS:
Part-time/On Call
Must provide excellent customer service & communication with residents, their family, co-workers, and supervisors
Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Screening and pass a pre-employment Drug Test
Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance
Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend throughout shift. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (including but not limited to)
Answer phones, greet customers and assist with their needs, filing, make copies, etc.
Must be able to adequately use computers for communications, writing letters, input prospect & resident data, input & update service requests, etc.
Maintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, and emergency procedures, etc.
Always make sure leasing brochures & welcome packets are stocked and ready for the next shift
Schedule transportation for residents on corresponding days
Assist with resident activities as needed
Hourly rounds of the building, post notices/flyers, assist with dining linens
Light cleaning of office, break room, lobby, and other common areas as needed
Hourly round of community, ensuring exits are secured
Other miscellaneous duties to be determined as situations arise

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Compensation details: 22-22 Hourly Wage
