BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a company based in Smyrna, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish. You’ll handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats to resolve questions about products, orders, billing, and services, accurately document interactions, and follow up to ensure timely resolutions. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, improve processes, and assist with translating documents and other communications as needed.

Pay Rate
$21.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm Friday Half Day 7 00 am to 12 00 pm

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Provide prompt, accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and billing.
• Document customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and resolution in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
• Assist with translating documents and communications as required.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years office based customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; both written and verbally.
• Background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Self motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
