Warehouse Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts in bulk and pick aisles to support KDG objectives.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the company’s accounting systems and ensure related paperwork is accurate.
- Verify item/lot/quantity counts as needed.
- Maintain and organize distribution-related documentation in accordance with quality procedures.
- Participate in receipt audits and reconciliations.
- Support other roles during times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacations by becoming familiar with their responsibilities.
Experience Required
- 1+ years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.
- Proficiency in operating MHE and using Voice/RF scanners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong reading and interpretation skills for distribution documents.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
- General distribution process knowledge.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Initiative and strong results-oriented mindset.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Must meet physical and vision requirements to safely operate in a distribution environment.
- Must meet hearing requirements for MHE operation
