Claims Customer Service Representative POST NUMBER: 465593
Vaco Atlanta is hiring Claims Customer Service Representatives to support our reputable client's policyholders and providers through high-volume inbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values one-call resolution, and takes pride in delivering accurate, empathetic service.

Onsite: 100% onsite
Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 annually What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and providers
- Answer questions related to claims, benefits, and policy coverage
- Support claim adjudication inquiries and guide providers on claim submission and reimbursement
- Resolve issues efficiently, striving for one-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service with high-volume inbound calls
- Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication processes
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Medicare Supplement experience is a plus

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
