• Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy.
• Deliver 2nd Mile Service and Develop Trust with Guests.
• Follow all policies and fulfill operational goals.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST:

• Be Fast & Accurate: By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let Guests know we value their time and their business—and fast and accurate service is one reason why Customers keep coming back, specifically in the drive-thru.

• Offering Guests a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care.

• Be able to access Pathway training app
• Utilize HotSchedules for anything schedule related
• Follow all Uniform, Apparel, and Appearance Guidelines

SCHEDULE CLASSIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Full-Time: 30+ hours weekly

Part-Time: Less than 30 hours

Saturdays: All team members are expected to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, unless approved by the Operator or Hiring Manager
