Ground Operations Manager
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Ground Team Manage a successful Ground Operation Team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily ground performance KPIs
- Manage the ground operations for both internal and external customers including the ground procedures, contracts, analytics, productivity, facilities maintenance, and other ground support functions
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Bigelow Space Operations core products via successful creation and completion of required ground training program
- Work with Flight Director to create and maintain a world-class operational culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of Ground Operation Team staff members
- Work with Payload Integrators, Payload Developers, Launch Providers, Space Craft Manufacturers, and Communications team to establish and operate world class space ground support operations
- Develop Road map for the ground operation needs and implementation plan
- Provide support to divisional leadership as necessary
- 5 - 10 years of Aerospace Ground/Flight operations experience
- Military Service or Communication Facility experience or B.S. Degree in Business or equivalent education/experience
- Strong communication, team development and mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge of products, processes, and customer requirements
- Unyielding integrity and ability to energize team members
