Starting Rate of pay: $23.52/HR

What you will be doing

• Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections daily.
• Report any property damage.
• Safe and efficient operation of the forklift always.
• Remove scrap from the saws and presses.
• Load scrap in trailers and separate.
• Maintain full log tables of the proper size and alloy as requested by the press operators.
• Unload log truck upon arrival.
• Maintain and organize log tables and log yard.
• Work efficiently while unsupervised.

Shifts Available and Hours:

12-hour continental shift - days and night available.

week one: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours)

week two: Work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)

What will make you successful?

• The ability to work any shift is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. on a repetitive
  basis, with a partner.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required mobile equipment
  testing, including drug screen and basic physical exam.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• HSD or GED Preferred.
• Previous experience in Extrusion Operation.
• Knowledge of extrusion process and quality measures.
• Team player; ability to work as a team; Self-starter; adaptable to change; ability to prioritize needs.
