• Provide key insights to help guide, plan and execute employee-focused programs and campaigns.
• Interpret client data, analyzing results using existing and emerging statistical techniques.
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency.
• Work with variable data and employee audit research outputs to guide employee communication planning.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators.
• Locates and defines new process improvement technologies.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree; 5 years' minimum related experience.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.

Preferred:

• Experience in Javascript would be advantageous. Working knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems highly desirable.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
