We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our newly established Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Lawrenceville, GA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a patient-centered, technology-driven environment that prioritizes high-quality care.
Position Details
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Part-Time Compensation: $50 per hour
- Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 base salary + $15,000 in performance-based bonuses (Total potential: $100,000 annually)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Caseload Management:
- Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Manage a balanced caseload of 12 patients per day
- Provide specialized care in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance therapy
- Treat an adult patient population in a 100% outpatient, 1-on-1 care setting
Clinical Excellence & Advanced Technology:
- Work in a state-of-the-art, 3,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with cutting-edge rehabilitation technology
- Utilize patented neuromuscular stimulation devices, advanced balance systems, and specialized orthopedic tools
- Receive training in vestibular rehabilitation, neurological therapy, and advanced orthopedic techniques

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in any physical therapy setting
- Active and clear Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
