Project Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX/ Chicago, IL/ Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include managing critical, customer-facing projects, coordinating resources across multiple business lines, and effectively communicating progress and issues to upper-level executives.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $73/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
Managing enterprise-wide technology projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and recoveries.
Coordinating resources across various business lines and ensuring projects remain on budget and schedule.
Identifying project milestones, building out WBS, and managing budgets.
Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
Identifying and mitigating potential issues to keep projects on track.
Communicating project progress, issues, and solutions to upper-level executives.
Managing shifting priorities and resource allocation to meet project demands.
Desired Qualifications:
University degree or college diploma in Business Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in enterprise-wide technology projects.
Scrum Master Certification with experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Delivery Lead experience with a strong understanding of Enterprise Change requirements and Governance.
