JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Contribute to the development of business application tactical plans.
  2. Responsible for the accurate and efficient forecasting and allocations of resources required to meet objectives.
  3. Manage all aspects of development, installation, maintenance, and enhancement for mission-critical application systems for an assigned unit/area.
  4. Evaluate possible solutions and presents feedback to IS colleagues. May perform systems analysis for small project of less complexity.
  5. Lead and mentor a dynamic team of individuals who constantly search for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of technology systems to meet business needs, partly by capitalizing on emerging technologies and partly by adapting technologies to the needs of the customer.
  6. Provide directions to include staff development and training, budget management, feasibility studies, delegation, project and resources control, teamwork coordination and project team constructive feedback as it pertains to individual, project or overall program performance.
  7. Maintain effective, productive, and professional working relationship with internal and external customers, third party vendors, project management office, relationship managers, and governance organizations in accomplishing project objectives.
  8. Monitor and report on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts.
  9. Proactively review and interpret performance against operating plans and standards.
  10. Provide information and report to subordinates on interpretation of results and approves changes in plans.
  11. Present reports on project performance, changes, enhancements, scope variations, and other related matters and/or participates in key management activities and committees advising IS senior management and business unit project sponsors accordingly.
  12. Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and “lessons learned”, including metrics for assessing progress.
  13. Ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
  14. Develop and deliver training on and emphasize the use of established project standards, methodology and quality objectives.
  15. Proactively seek opportunities to apply technology to expanding business potential, thereby strongly impacting competitive advantage and profitability.
  16. Stay current in the new SAP versions and direction for SAP PI-PO, CPI, EDI, BTP Integration suite, Azure, Biztalk and with new features and tools to identify opportunities in this area.
  17. Develop and maintain a roadmap for future directions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline with an information technology focus, plus the following experience:
  1. 9 years of experience in a globally organized SAP team working on ECC 6.0.
  2. 8 years of experience working with SAP PI and PO migrations and EDI / EDIFACT integrations.
  1. 2 years of experience working with SF, CRM, and Ariba.
  2. 2 years of experience working with iFlows and BPM.
  3. 2 years of experience in designing and configuring scenarios to integrate with SAP SCM/TM/EM systems with SAP ECC, S4HANA, and SAP PO
  4. 2 years of experience designing and developing the cloud architecture and pilot integrations for Ariba, ServiceNow, Workday, Hubwoo, E2Open, Zapproved, Blackline, Configured API Management
  1. 2 years of experience with Custom/Vendor provided Agents for integration with Cloud applications were replaced with SAP CPI
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.
  • Hybrid position. Must reside within commuting distance from the employer’s Kennesaw, GA office. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
  • Requires approximately 25% travel to domestic company worksite locations.
