Packaging Operator (Kennesaw)
TRC Talent is looking for 1st shift Packaging Associates in Kennesaw, GA!
Job Details:
- Packaging vitamins and supplements for shipment
- 16.50/hr.
- 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
As a Packaging Associate, you will play a vital role in preparing vitamins, supplements, and specimen collection kits for shipment. You’ll work in a clean, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values consistency and quality in their day-to-day responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Package vitamins, supplements, and health-related items for distribution
- Ensure accurate assembly of test kits according to specific protocol guidelines
- Prepare and pack Ancillary Materials in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Maintain adequate inventory and restock workstation supplies as needed to support kit assembly
- Organize and pre-kit materials for multiple orders ahead of post-printing processes
- Complete post-printing steps including labeling and accurate allocation of printed documents
- Collaborate with team members and kit assemblers to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure every package meets compliance standards
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company policies and safety protocols
- Communicate any issues or shortages to supervisors in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
