Inventory Administrative Associate

Location: Hospital Environment
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18-$20

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Administrative Associates to assist with a large-scale hospital inventory transition project. This role will support the replacement of approximately 397 existing inventory dispensing machines with new cabinet and shelving systems throughout the facility.

This is a hands-on, physically active position focused on organizing inventory, labeling products, setting up storage areas, and supporting supply chain operations. Previous healthcare or supply chain experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and color-code inventory cabinets and storage systems

• Apply labels, stickers, and inventory identification tags

• Stock cabinets, wire shelving, and secure storage areas

• Assist with removing and replacing existing inventory equipment

• Transport completed shelving and storage units throughout the hospital

• Recreate and organize inventory layouts within new storage systems

• Support supply chain teams during inventory transitions

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow hospital safety and security procedures

Physical Requirements

• Extensive walking throughout the facility

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting

• Ability to move and transport shelving, inventory, and equipment

• Comfortable working on a large hospital campus

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Inventory, warehouse, supply chain, healthcare, or medical experience is a plus, but not required

• No technical or IT background required

• Hospital cafeteria available onsite

• Current phase is focused on the Emergency Department, with additional hospital departments scheduled to follow
