Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Real Estate Practice in their Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment.
