In this key role, you'll report to and collaborate closely with the Director, Franchise Development to drive and oversee franchise growth initiatives in the South and Southeast Regions (NC, SC, TN, AR, GA, AL, MS, and FL). You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing qualified prospective franchisees to expand Galt Phranchise Systems (GPS). This role involves lead generation, sales planning, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with franchise regulations. You'll be the driving force behind our growth, crafting bold lead generation strategies, closing high-impact franchise sales, delivering GPS' offerings at networking events, and playing a critical role as liaison in driving franchisee success. In summary, the Regional Manager of Franchise Sales must be able to hunt, build, and close within the South and Southeast region! This Sales Hunter will be tenacious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual driven by the thrill of acquiring new business!

The incumbent will relentlessly identify and qualify high-value leads across digital platforms, networks, referrals, and industry databases. Own a pipeline of premium prospects that fuel aggressive growth. Execute multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, social, in-person and convert leads into revenue opportunities by fully presenting the Phranchise opportunity and continuing to follow-up until the deal is closed.

Must be available to travel as needed for lead generation, networking events, prospect meetings, franchisee consultations, and corporate meetings (up to 25% of time).

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts in-depth market analysis to identify high-potential territories and uncover strategic expansion opportunities-accelerating franchise success for Galt in key southeast markets.
  • Develops and implements strategic franchise sales plan to attract qualified candidates.
  • Builds, nurtures and advances a high-quality prospect pipeline and manages the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful franchise acquisition.
  • Identifies and engages qualified franchise prospects through social networking, direct outreach, and various multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Presents franchise opportunity, explains business model, and discusses operational and financial requirements.
  • Represents the Galt Phranchise Systems (GPS) brand at events and network to source prospects.
  • Works alongside with compliance and legal teams to uphold the accuracy and integrity of documentation and contracts.
  • Works with GPS leadership to negotiate franchise agreements and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintains strong relationships with franchisees by providing ongoing relationship support.
  • Collaborates with the GPS team to create compelling sales materials and digital campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects.
  • Tracks, documents and manages all prospective efforts, sales lead generation, and sales performance; maintains detailed records of all phone interactions, and follows up with personalized emails-leveraging the CRM to streamline communication and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Develops and administers marketing programs that continuously create and elevate GPS branding.
  • Deploys lead generation campaigns that increase the size of the sales funnel.
  • Develops and engages in local and regional events to gather prospects and educate them on the Galt Phranchise opportunity.
  • Assists franchisees with business planning, quarterly goals, and financial expectations.
  • Participates in monthly check-ins with the Chief Franchise Officer to review progress, milestones, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales or related experience required.
  • Possesses and applies a solid understanding of the work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint), and internet research.
  • Professional in appearance and manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency.
  • Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignment.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
