Marketing Analyst
Informatica from Salesforce is looking for a Marketing Analyst with ABM experience to build and execute personalized marketing programs for our highest-priority enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives on one-to-one programs while also leading one-to-few cluster campaigns fueled by targeted segmentation — all with the goal of driving pipeline, ACV, and deeper account engagement. You'll be a power user of both ABM platforms and AI tools, bringing modern, data-driven approaches to everything you do.

What You'll Do
• Partner closely with sales to develop annual and quarterly account marketing plans that drive growth, pipeline velocity, and loyalty
• Build and execute one-to-one and one-to-few multi-channel campaigns — including personalized content, webinars, paid media, outbound, and social
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on joint GTM opportunities with GSI, channel, and ecosystem partners
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience targeting, campaign personalization, and performance insights
• Be an internal expert on tools like 6Sense, DemandBase and PathFactory
• Track and optimize campaign performance against KPIs; deliver clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor MQL flow and ensure timely follow-up with Sales and Business Development teams

What You Bring
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS field or growth marketing experience
• Proven success partnering with field sales organizations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, Demandbase, PathFactory LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related technologies
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for research and content, AI-powered analytics, AI-guided plans) to improve efficiency and results
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for testing new technologies and methods — including emerging AI capabilities
• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field
