What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $15/hr - $25/hr

- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped company truck provided for all daily field travel to job sites. (Note: Vehicles dispatch from our Athens shop daily and remain at the shop overnight; they are not take-home vehicles).

You will install Radon Mitigation Systems into existing homes following a proven, teachable strategy. To excel in this role, you will use a diverse skill set to:
- Get Work Done: Safely route PVC piping systems, operate basic power tools to mount inline fans, and seal system entry points.
- Prepare Logistically: Proactively review job specs to determine needed materials, tools, and equipment to efficiently load your truck.
- Make Customers Happy: Keep the customer’s home clean, take pride in leaving it better than you found it.
- Prioritize Safety: Ensure all structural adjustments are performed safely, strictly adhering to team safety standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory for driving company vehicles.
- Licensing: No specific trade license required to start.
- Huge Bonus: Existing licensure or certification in Radon Mitigation or Radon Measurement (NRPP / NRSB) is highly preferred and commands higher starting pay.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical field labor, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working comfortably in tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics).
