Position Summary/Purpose

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow Rainbow’s uniform policy
• Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System
• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Load and unload equipment and supplies from the vehicle to the work site
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's processes
• Communicate professionally and with empathy with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Participate in an "On Call" rotation for after-hours service calls, which involves some weekends and night responsibilities
• Maintain all company vehicle, restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times, leaving a first-class impression of our work
• Inspect completed work
• Complete technician’s daily log
• Complete Work Orders
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation
• All other duties as assigned by Rainbow International Restoration of Suwanee

Job Requirements:

• Restoration or carpet cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Computer literate, with an aptitude for learning new technology and other applicable software
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
