Assistant Community Manager
Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 180-unit apartment community, nestled just north of Buckhead, in Atlanta, Georgia! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least five years of experience in on-site property management.
- Assistant Community Manager experience is required.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License
