Technician
Automotive Body and Paint Technician (Mobile / Outdoor Repairs)
We are seeking an experienced Body/Painter with the ability to perform high quality light body work, trim repairs, partial refinishes, and cosmetic touch-up outdoors or in a mobile environment.
The ideal candidate is detail orientated, professional, and passionate about automotive reconditioning. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants a long term home within a high performing team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive repair and painting. (Light to medium)
Must have fully equipped van or mobile setup.
Ability to complete trim and partial panel repairs to factory standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, self motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
Tool maintenance and support provided.
Excellent culture and steady high-volume workload year-round.
Flat rate pay structure, based on hours turned and experience.
