Spavia Collection is hiring part-time Licensed Estheticians!

✔Avg pay per 50-min facial: $42-$46 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $56 for 60–70 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $65K–$70K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• 10-minute turnover between services

• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials

Responsibilities What You'll Do

• Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail

• Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals

• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready

• Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.

• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth

Required Skills What You’ll Bring

• Active Esthetics license in Georgia

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
