Producer

Weezie is seeking a highly organized and experienced Producer to lead the production of brand photo and video shoots, bringing the brand vision to life for each collection and campaign. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for bringing a brand to life through visuals and storytelling. The ideal candidate brings expertise in producing photo and video shoots and project management. This person will quarterback the seamless execution of the brand & creative vision while maintaining timelines, budgets and more. This role will manage a Production Assistant and reports into the Art Director.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of creative production, including budgeting, scheduling, hiring talent (photographers, stylists, models, etc.) and on-set logistics and communication for both lifestyle and studio shoots
• Own the creation of shot lists with input from Merchandising and Web teams
• Coordinate ordering all photoshoot product samples, inclusive of making embroidery selections and ensuring all products are received on time and returned expeditiously
• Manage all aspects of post-production including making image selections and requesting and making edits as needed
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure all visuals support business objectives while maintaining and elevating the brand story

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in production or related field
• Proven experience producing photo and video shoots and managing on-set logistics
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in or interest in managing and leading a team.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite; experience in Motion, Figma and Sketch are a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for design, photography, and storytelling.
• Experience in the luxury, lifestyle, or home goods industry is a plus.
