Sales Arborist
Arbor Equity is a respected leader in professional tree care, dedicated to preserving the health and beauty of trees while ensuring the safety of clients and team members. As a Sales Arborist, you will leverage your expertise in arboriculture and your relationship-building skills to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team, provide expert guidance to clients, and play a key part in the continued success of a well-established company in the tree care industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to address their tree care needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate care solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals and bids that align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress using the company’s CRM system.
- Recommend additional services to clients that enhance satisfaction and support business growth.
Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
- Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry
- Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite
- Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
- Open to relocation assistance
